Shipping info

Yay you’ve placed your order. Welcome to the Core Truth community.

Please allow 7 - 10 days to receive your order if you're in the UK, 10 - 15 days in the EU and up to 21 days for international orders. We will always try to get your order to you as soon as we can so look out for the confirmation emails.

Remember your order is valuable to us and you so we use Royal Mail for all orders. For orders of £60 and over we use Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Shipping - Insured) to ensure your order is insured. This will apply for all jewellery orders as well as any orders where the total is or exceeds £60.

Be sure to track your order and be in and ready to sign for your package when it arrives so whether to your home, workplace or another location where you know you will be able to sign for it. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct shipping address and that there is someone at that address to sign for your package if required.

Core Truth is not responsible for packages being signed by someone else. Once your package has been delivered it is your responsibility / the person who signs for the package (if signing is required) to keep all safe. This means Core Truth is not liable for loss or destruction at this stage.

Remember to use your tracking number if packages are late. Core Truth are not responsible for late or lost parcels as this will all be tracked through Royal Mail at this stage.

If you aren’t available at the time of delivery a card should be left with details of how to collect from your local depot. Should your order be returned to Core Truth based on the courier not being able to deliver then the additional postage charges may be required for payment if needed to be shipped out from Core Truth again. Let’s avoid this happening by providing an accurate shipping address and being available to wait eagerly for your parcel to arrive to open and enjoy!

Returns

Jewellery
We are sure you will love your order however if you are not satisfied then you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. If you are returning jewellery, this needs to be unworn. Due to hygiene factors, we are not able to refund earrings. All returns need to be returned within the original packaging where possible, for jewellery the cotton bags will need to be holding the jewellery. Please contact us first to let us know that you will be returning.

As we are sure you can understand, we are unable to accept any worn or damaged items for return. However we can offer a repair service should this be needed.

For any sale items, we will offer an exchange to the value of the sale item (excluding all shipping costs) or a credit note. All returns must be returned in the same condition that you received it in and must not have been worn or show any damage. Please return all orders in the original packaging.

All return shipping costs (including any exchanges) are of your responsibility to cover.

Repairs
We will be happy to help should you need any repairs to your jewellery items. Please contact us for any repairs needed.

Journals
Based on the nature of the journals we don’t usually receive complaints or accept returns. Should you wish to return your journal please contact us so we can help.
